Lasting around an hour and limited to 10 people, these tours led by Deaf guides are exclusively for D/deaf and hard of hearing visitors.
Mythic Time/Tens of Thousands of Rememberings presents new work by Lina Iris Viktor in response to Sir John Soane's Museum and collections. Viktor''s new work considers the themes of time and memory, connecting to Soane's own preoccupations with ideas about the eternal. With Viktor's work placed in the Museum itself, the juxtaposition of Lina's work with the objects Soane's collected spans over 3,000 years, the viewer finding symbolic and physical resonances in shape, colour and material. This out-of-hours tour offers an exclusive opportunity to see the exhibition after the Museum is closed.
